Neville began his career in the commercial property industry in 1987 with the Wellington-based State Owned Enterprise, Government Property Services Ltd (GPS) which subsequently evolved into Capital Properties NZ Ltd (CPNZ) via an IPO 1998. As CPNZ’s Auckland Manager, Neville was in charge of $200 million commercial and industrial property assets. During that time, Neville successfully negotiated new leases on more than 21,000 square metres of accommodation.
After over 16 years with these companies, Neville started his own commercial property consultancy business in 2003 and consulted to a number of private property investors for the next 4 years, identifying property investment and redevelopment opportunities as well as advancing their existing property assets.
In 2009 Neville joined forces with Donald Reid and Wade Allen to form Murchison Group Limited with a focus on providing a comprehensive range of property consultancy services to investors, owners and occupiers.
Through his extensive work experience, Neville brings a broad range of skills and knowledge and has a proven track record in strategic property thinking, active asset management, tenant advocacy, lease negotiation and identifying investment opportunities for clients
