Wade has been in the commercial property industry for 27 years working for NZI, Brierley Investments, National Bank, Trans Tasman Properties (TTP) and Manson Developments (Mansons).
From 2001 until early 2009, Wade worked as Leasing Manager for TTP and then Mansons. During this time, Wade negotiated many major new office leases in a number of significant CBD assets owned by TTP and assisted Mansons with its development and leasing of around 100,000m² of commercial office space in the Great South Road / Greenlane southern corridor.
Wade specialises in asset and lease management, office leasing solutions together with the sale and purchase of development sites and commercial buildings.
