With over 25 years of commercial property experience in New Zealand and Australia, Donald has worked in wide and varied property transactions and structures. Having an extensive background in property including corporate advisory, and individual property asset and portfolio management, Donald has worked in broad-reach private and corporate property firms.
Projects include Beach Road residential (Mairangi Bay), Fuji Xerox (Project, Auckland), Mornington Peninsula (Project, VIC, Australia) shopping centre, Temple Court Apartments (Project & Structure, Collins Street, Melbourne), Parc Provence (Project & Structure, Canterbury), Hickory Place Industrial (Project, Christchurch).
Donald specialises in strategic acquisitions, structuring, development management, negotiations, advocacy and asset management.
In 2009 Donald set up Murchison Group with Neville Harpur and Wade Allen, with a focus on providing a comprehensive range of property consultancy services to investors, owners and occupiers.
